Following the success of their Nashville Fried Chicken restaurant, Boise’s RCR Brands sought to branch out into other cuisines. Pizza with bold flavours and no rules was the concept and they needed the branding to match.
Drawing inspiration from fabled outlaws, gun-slinging lawmen, spaghetti westerns, and the colours of an Idaho sunset, Outlaw Pizzeria was born.
